Turkey Syria - News & Updates

There is a KRG in Iraq, they can go live there. No Borders are going to change, and nothing of this nonsense should be entertained. No one is keeping anyone under any Boot, Turkey's foreign minister who is in charge of foreign policy is Kurdish, he might become president one day. Turkey's finance minister is Kurdish as well.

Despite there being a Kurdish Regional Government in Iraq, you don't see Kurds going and living there, instead what you see is that Kurds in Iraq want to come live in Turkey, and they don't stay in the east of Turkey, they come to Istanbul which is overwhelmingly Turkish. Why? b/c life in Turkey is better both from Iraq as well even comparatively to eastern Turkey, thought so much has improved there as well, compared to Syria and Iraq.
Vice President of Turkey is a Kurd too....

This is for Foinikas, who in the other thread is spreading conspiracies using a misunderstood Baceli quote, claiming Turkey wants to annex Aleppo.

It's dangerous to be an enemy of the USA, and it's more dangerous to be a friend (non-Anglo/Saxon of course) of the USA......

The Americans have already cleared the way for the Kurds again today and yesterday through bombings. What kind of statement does one expect? Unpredictable risks are hard to counter – it’s obvious that the Americans won’t make any clear statements in this case. The main goal remains to overthrow Assad and secure another pro-Western ally with the Kurds, alongside Israel. It would be foolish of them to abandon the Kurds.

The central route for Iranian supplies of weapons and fighters runs through eastern and central Syria. The only ones capable of disrupting this critical connection are the Kurds. And with American support, they are currently doing so effectively. It is clear that they will establish a long-term presence in the area.

The Turks, on the other hand, are no longer actively fighting against the creation of a Kurdish state. Instead, they are merely trying to limit the damage, as the groundwork for it has already been laid. It seems almost naïve that Turkey and Iran are not cooperating in this situation. Instead, both are being skillfully played against each other by the West.

lmao thats a no.

Their primary aim in syria is pkkistan. The way he's talking is to deceive the other players from making an agreement against the pkk. The reality is the greatest danger in syria right now is the american/russian backed pkk state. The iranians/assadists were fools for cultivating and homing these terrorists.

Those SDF units fighting in Deir ez-Zor are mainly members of local Arab tribes. These can easily be persuaded to abandon the SDF if the US decides to go full throttle against Sunni Arab Syrian rebels to protect YPG.

I'm not saying this is an easy task but it certainly does not belong in the realm of phantasy which is why the US maintains a low profile with regards to the rebels in the West. They simply observe before making the next move.

I'm absolutely convinced that high-ranking YPG terrorists are fully aware of this.
