very unlikely, Just a dude speculating and giving his opinion that forbes picked up..

The S-400 sale was not just made for tactical/technical purposes, there was a political angle there as well.

Its also very unlikely that there is a status quo ante with the sale of the system. So the payoff for selling it may not be there.

Gokdemis missile is not based on HISAR but more to Gokdogan missile with RF seeker but a cheaper version.

HISAR O interceptors (both RF and IIR ones) has superior rocket motors with higher thurst and dual pulse. Additionally HISAR interceptors has TVC making it more maneuverable.
