Several significant developments deserve attention.
The advancement of air defense systems has accelerated, a response that is quite reasonable considering the recent global and regional conflicts.
The government is not solely concentrating on offensive weaponry such as drones and jets, indicating a commendable balance in their approach.
Turkey previously struggled with a deficiency in missile and related technologies. Clearly, they have addressed this shortcoming and are now exceeding expectations.

The Turkish army tested a long-range missile for the Hisar-O air defense system. The Turkish Hisar-O medium-range air defense system is expected to become the basis of Turkey's Steel Dome air defense system. The missile reportedly successfully hit a target at a distance of more than 40 kilometers. The Hisar-O air defense system was first unveiled by the Turkish company Aselsan in 2015. The Hisar-O air defense system is capable of detecting and tracking a fighter-type target at a distance of up to 60 km. On August 15, the Turkiye newspaper reported that Turkey intends to use Russian S-400 air defense systems until its own air defense system is created.

An additional procurement contract was signed for the SİPER and HİSAR Systems
An additional procurement contract was signed for the SİPER and HİSAR systems, which are effective against high , medium and low altitude air targets in the STEEL DOME which is described as the 'System of Systems'.
With SİPER, which will enter the inventory in the coming days, Türkiye will have completed its Layered Air Defense Network.
The focus will be on expanding the existing systems in the upcoming period.

I remember it like yesterday when they started the project, the engineer who spoke was telling we do not need to buy it anymore. We could develope it ourself, this was 2016. Eight years later we managed do develop it.
Who remember T-LORAMIDS project?
First it was FD2000 then it was canceled, we did make agreement with France SAMP-T but they did not accepted in the end. Better later then never.

in 2019 MACRON ( France ) blocked EUROSAM to work with Turkiye to develop a new Air Defense System
and ASELSAN - ROKETSAN - TUBITAK SAGE said that we can develop indigenous long range Air Defense System
Many countries and People made fun of Turkish Project
They didn't believe capability of Turkish Defense Industry
