Can ASOJ-23A stand off jammer Aircraft jam the F-35 ?
GROK says
Yes, the ASOJ-23A standoff jammer Aircraft could potentially jam or degrade the Radar and sensor performance of an F-35 under certain conditions
For directly jamming an F-35 : Possible in theory if the jammer detects and locks onto the F-35's emissions (during radar use or datalink). It could degrade Radar performance, disrupt missile guidance, or force the F-35 to rely more on passive sensors (like DAS infrared)
The first ASOJ-23A stand off Jammer Aircraft will be delivered to the TURAF in 2026

Can the SIPER Air Defense System prevent F-35s over the Aegean Sea ?
GROK says
Yes, the SIPER (SIPER -1/2) Air Defense System can seriously impede and deter 5th gen F-35s in the Aegean Sea — especially when used within an integrated network (Steel Dome)
Conclusion: SIPER-2 can "intercept" F-35s in the Aegean — meaning it makes their routine approaches to Turkish airspace/strategic points risky and costly, creating a deterrent.

In the Aegean Scenario, the chance of detecting
The F-35 could be countered by Early Warning Radar Systems VHF/UHF-supported AESA Radars like the ALP-300G deployed in the Aegean, which could "see" the F-35 from a longer range — because it is optimized against stealth X-band Radars, but weak against low-frequency radars. The SİPER's fire control Radar (X-band), however, would engage it from around 80–120 km after detection (a realistic estimate for stealth RCS).
Engagement and Strike: With a range of 150 km, it would prevent the F-35 from approaching the Aegean islands (Lesbos, Chios, Rhodes). If Greek F-35s (delivery plan 2028+) are to operate in the Aegean, they risk being engaged from 100+ km without deploying stand-off weapons.
Deterrence: Several batteries (e.g., around Izmir, Canakkale, Balikesir) + TF-2000/ISTIF Warships + AWACS integration would cover a large part of the Aegean. Although F-35s attempt to bypass them with low altitude + electronic warfare, SİPER-2's layered structure (with Hisar and Sungur) also intercepts Cruise missiles.
