This is a possibility. There's no definite timeframe for all of them. Ozgur modernization has been lagging and the F-16Vs and F-35s are not a given. Meaning it's not sure that you will get any of them. As for KAAN,you still have some way until it goes into mass production.

Eurofighter Fighter Jet procurement nears completion

A trilateral meeting was held in Qatar regarding the Eurofighter fighter jet procurement. The first Eurofighter is expected to arrive in Türkiye by the end of February, and it has been reported that Turkish pilots have begun training.

It was previously announced that Türkiye would purchase 12 Eurofighter aircraft currently in Qatar's inventory

I wanted to show you that it's not just 24 Rafale F3R. It's also 42 F-16Vs,along with the rest of the F-16 Block 52/52+ Adv. and the Block 50. If you want to add the F-16 Block 30 too,ok. If not,that's also ok.

There is no proof they have received any of them. Or that they will actually receive them. I asked the Iranians here myself and also googled it. There's no solid evidence that they have received any yet.

and 24 RAFALEs can be blocked by S400 and SIPER AD Systems in the Aegean , if needed

so There is no situation that will upset the balance of power as of 2026
