This shows more and more why the operation to secure the interests of Turks on the Island was necessary, they would have been wiped out just like the Turks in Crete and the other islands.

The Annan plan was the last hope that the Greek Cypriots would somehow be reasonable, but its over now. Plans should be made to fortify Northern Cyprus in case Greek Cyprus gets some ridiculous ideas to do something with the help of their new best friends in Israel against Turks, in their "trilateral alliance" that Mitsotakis and Dendias have been pushing.

Do you agree or disagree with the Akar and Çavusoglu narrative of 2019-2022 that "it's one island so you must share the wealth",when the Greek Cypriots wanted to drill on their side for oil and gas?

Both sides have the right on their side of the border to drill, build, destroy, explore, whatever they feel is good for the local population.............. its a two state solution to end the conflict.

If its oil and gas, it should be distributed underground. So both sides can tap into it from their sides and get it. No need for further conflict.

Whether Syria or any other independent country wants to establish a partnership in their EEZ with Turkey, it's up to two nations. Not EU or Greece or anyone else. It's that simple.
