I've no idea what this song is about,you keep posting it.

But anyway,I started putting subtitles on small segments of Alexis Papahelas documentary "Dark decade",which are about Cyprus. It's mostly the political events behind the scenes from our side. They're just small videos of 2-5 mins each. So far I've put subs on two of them,I'm thinking of making a Youtube channel to upload and then make a thread to link them on PDF.

The first song is by a woman singing, waiting for her love, but he didn't come visit her. The second song is response song to that song, a man singing saying I might come suddenly one night.

For days, Greek radio stations were playing the Turkish song "I waited, but you didn't come." Greeks mocked the Turks in their own way. That morning, just as dawn was breaking, Denktaş saw Turkish parachutists in the skies over Nicosia, hugged his friends, and said, "They came down like rain, today is my happiest day." As Turkish soldiers landed on Cypriot soil, Turkish radio stations were playing the song "Don't call me so heartily, I might come suddenly one night." Cyprus Peace Operation, July 20, 1974

No it's just political,historical background of the chaos that existed on the Greek side that period,basically various small segments of the documentary that show how Ioannides did nothing to help Cyprus.

The President of Greece is forgetting that Greece is the entire reason for this entire situation.

If the attempted fascist coup didn't happen, Turkiye wouldn't have had casus belli to enter Cyprus.

I've been translating and putting english subtitles on segments about Cyprus from a documentary called "Dark Decade",which is about the mid-60s to the end of the junta in the mid-70s.

I'm only putting subs on the parts about Cyprus and want to upload them on a new Youtube channel I'll make for PDF uploads. This way,you can see the chaos and the stupidity on the side of the Ioannides junta and how they basically did nothing and let Cyprus fall.

I think many people might find it interesting. If Fatman doesn't rush to lock it of course.
