Turkey didn't promise Serbia anything with TB2s or whatever, he is delusional or maybe he misinterpreted, Turkey will not sell anything significant to Serbia unless the Kosovo issue is settled.

Those small arms, Serbia bought on its own via the private market, Small arms exports are not significantly restricted. Even Greece has bought small arms and small drones from Turkish private sellers.

No TB2s. The stories are incorrect.

Any significant defense sale would be against Kosovo and Bosnian interests, Turkey values those relationship more. Turkey doesn't have anything against Serbia but those sales are not possible without the Kosovo matter being settled.

Turkey is willing to cooperate with Serbia in other areas.

Basically, Serbia complains about anyone arming themselves in the neighborhood, still stuck in the 1991 mentality, but forgetting to realize they are a country of 6.5 million with 1.8 million pensioners. Out of the 6.5 million only 5.3 are actual Serbs in Serbia.

Croatian intelligence is the most amateur one in the Balkans. They have been intensifying work to smear BiH’s reputation and make it appear as though the Bosniaks are some sort of radical Islamists. Few years back Croatian intelligence was caught trying to smuggle weapons across the border to hide in a small town where some Wahabis live, and to frame it as though they are extremists! This was soo humiliating for them. Again, they are coercing Sarajevo to approve the Bosnian Croats more autonomy via electoral law changes, changes which were never negotiated into the constitution, yet Croats want to change this without willing to accommodate the Bosniak or Serb demands within said changes. So, Croatia proper has stepped up big time to lobby in the EU and has threatened BiH a few times already.
