I agree to a great extent. Scapegoating has been a social media fashion. However we cannot argue the behavior of Muslims is a major source of the problem.

Possibly it is, I don't know the situation well, the only large immigrant group in Poland are Ukrainians (who are culturally close and assimilate quickly)

No. A lot of them commit crimes and don't intergrate. As a result they face hate crimes, including murder.

Which is why I find East European racists are a bit naive when they try to join the bandwagon of hating on non-Europeans.

Irish immigration to the US stopped by the time of ww1 and as late as 1960, JFK needed to explain to voters that he won't be taking orders from the Pope, Al Smith lost the 1928 elections due to anti Catholic bigotry.

The stream of Muslim immigration to UK and the rest of Europe is continuous, there isn't much time to assimilate and the group that arrives in largest numbers (young men) also commits the most crimes everywhere.

You need to be specific here. Which East European group in particular? I don't think your generalisation applies to all of them, at least not in UK. Romanians, maybe, but not really Poles and definitely not Ukrainians, as they have had a red carpet rolled out for them since 2021, rightly or wrongly I cannot say.

No I don't.
Poles, Romanians, Baltics and other Eastern Europeans have been involved in crime and suffered hate-motivated attacks including murder.

Ukrainians have been given the "red carpet" treatment only because of the war and because of Western Europe's ideological arch nemisis attacking their eastern front.

I read a lot of British people are tired of the war and of Ukrainian immigration.

Even the Turks who are commonly accused of being European bootlickers (some truth to it) welcomed Ukrainian immigration. But now seeing it's given them a housing crisis, they view Eastern Europeans with the similar contempt that they view Middle Easterners.

Even in Finland, a country considered mostly Western European ideologically/culturally, the locals view Estonians- their closest linguistic kin- with suspicion and even resentment because of the crime they're involved in.

In Italy Croatians and even other Slavs experience bad vibes by locals. Italians have had bad history with Croats and still hold those grudges, despite both being Catholic majority.

I don't even need to get started with Germany. Eastern Europeans commonly suck up to them and even imitate them but Germans still hold lots of superiority complexes towards the both & after uncle Adolph's time.

It's even subconsciously true for leftist liberal Germans. Ever wonder why
Germans remorse the murder of six million Jews more than the murder of over 20 million Eastern Europeans?

I got relatives too in the UK. They are integrated. They speak full English. Respect their English friends. Don't impose their religion or culture on others.

They don't trash out the place everywhere they go. Don't need to wear around hijabs just to remind everyone "hey we're different, respect or else" even though they adhere to moderate Islam, like Jinnah.

When other Muslims hate on us for bad apples, we become apologetic.
