Have been hearing similar incidents for 10 odd years, the corrupt will find new ways for corruption. Imagine getting paid 20Lakhs to change IDs, we can't even fix nadra and talk about fixing Pakistan.

When I was in college in peshawar back in 2011-12. There was a Nadra office near our college (gulbahar Nadra office) and it's staff was known for issuing afghans CNICs for just 50,000 rupees. It seems Nadra staff have increased the rates now.

Money talks, Nadra officials take money and make nadra cards. Atleast we should keep Nadra corruption free, also simcards need to be registered aswell, I understand law exists but they still get sims on other people names.
Many of the "Pakistanis" that are arrested for crimes and deported are actually Afghans who paid for Pakistani passports.
