At this moment, they are in an internal crisis for the emergence of new central leaders, which could lead to the rise of new leaders who have political ideas more directed towards society.

John Gast uses this painting to convey the idea of manifest destiny that is widely known in America at this time. Much of the west was still occupied by Native Americans in 1872, but Gast portrays the idea that America was destined to expand to this area as part of Manifest Destiny.

pioneers, the government and the military, as such, let us quote the text of a proclamation by Governor John Evans to the citizens of the
Colorado territory in 1 864:
PROCLAMATION
Having sent special messengers to the Indians on the plains,
directing the friendly to rendezvous at Fort Lyon, Fort Larned, Fort Laramie and Camp Collins, for safety and protection, warning them that all hostile Indians would be pursued and destroyed, and the last of
said messengers having now returned, and the evidence being conclusive that most of the Indian tribes of the plains are at war and hostile to the Whites, and having to the utmost of my ability endeavored to induce all
the Indians of the plains to come to said place of rendezvous, promising them subsistence and protection. which, with a few exceptions, they have refused to do.
Now, therefore, I, John Evans, Governor of Colorado Territory,
do issue this, my proclamation, authorizing all citizens of Colorado, either individually or in such parties as they may organize, to go in pursuit of all hostile Indians on the plains, scrupulously avoiding those
who have responded to my call to rendezvous at the points indicated, also to kill and destroy as enemies of the Country wherever they may be found, all such hostile Indians. And further, as the only reward I am authorized to offer for such services, I hereby empower such citizens, or parties of citizens, to take captive, and hold to their own private use and benefit, all the property of said hostile Indians that they may capture,
and to receive for all stolen property recovered from said Indians, such reward as may be deemed proper and just therefore.
I further offer to all such parties as will organize under the militia law of the territory for the purpose, to furnish them arms and ammunition, and to present their accounts for pay as regular soldiers, for themselves, their horses, their subsistence and transportation, to Congress, under the assurance of the Department Commander that they will be paid.
The conflict is upon us, and all good citizens are called upon to
do their duty for the defence of their homes and families.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and caused the great seal of the Territory of Colorado to be affixed this 11th day of
August, AD. 1864.

Well, I think you know what I am about to say.
Every country does it, when a country is powerful, they abuse their power, because that's one way you can keep on top, from Roman time where Rome conquer Europe to the Medieval Time where the Norman Conquest, and this is not just the European who do it, the same happen with China during the dynasty era and Persian, even the Ottoman.
That's how country build empire, and it's probably not going to change in the next 1000 years.
What Trump did here is smart, instead of depends on the religious extremist and the white evangelical, he sell his plan to the general public, while the dem with their thumb up their arse and simply let it happens.
The issue here is, would Trump actually do what he said he would do that sold to the grassroot that vote for him? Or he is just going to use this as one last chance to line his pocket and as a get out of jail free card? Well, stacking up the fact that his first term aren't doing anything, and now it come with a re-election free promise (He can't be elected again) so my money is on he is going to just sit there and do nothing but rather complete this social experiment with him on top and everything/everyone else he care jack shit about, that's how I see him in the 2nd term, and that's why I will stay out of the US until at least he is gone. I could be wrong, but at the same time, I just don't want to be right when I am in the US.
That have nothing to do with right or wrong, this has everything to do with policy and the drive behind said policy, you can't please everybody, which mean whatever policy any one made, there are always going to have people who agree with it, and people who don't agree.
The key to this issue is why or how anyone would care? The simplest term, is money or political motivation. US support Bosnia because Russia supported Serb, US support Uighur because it's the Chinese who doing the oppressing, and they did nothing on Palestine because it was the Israelis, it's this simple, if you want the US to do something, you need to make it their business to do something first, and the only way to do that is either there are money or interest to be had, or you have some sort of political motivation

I know and was expecting your response, we have had similar conversation before. And I agree that powerful empires or super power's have to do that to keep the status, and empires have done it in past, but to my argument we are suppose to be better, empires just invade neighbors for resources and colonize but they are not putting a fassade of bringing Freedom/liberty/democracy to them, at least you are decent enough to acknowledge that America is bullying the world to keep itself on top even if it means destroying countries and killing innocent people, the rest of American posters here are still see USA as some Captain America or Superman that stand for justice and right of humanity, which is all BS.
No Disagreement there too, big part of his second term he will try to pardon himself and make sure his name is clear for after the term ends, he won't be doing 25% of things he say he will, and his cornies will try to make whatever few things he will do as some sort History making change in USA, but with Trump in power the USA will be mostly likely be occupied with its internal issues, just like in his last term many of the Americans were on street protesting for many different things, and I hope that will bring a sigh of relief to the world and hopefully he won't start or expand wars in Middle east or other regions, and yes I know President is just a puppet figure and lobbies/establishment/deep state/congress/Military industrial complex runs the America and if they want more wars they will find a way to implement it but this time around a lot more " Liberal " will be out on streets protesting against his decisions, some who genuinely hate wars will be out, and than will be those who will be protesting against anything Trump or Republicans does. I would rather see US dealing with internal chaos (without any bloodshed) than the whole world plunges into senseless wars because of some BS religious ideology or bringing democracy to XYZ country.
Now this part is something I believe your fellow Americans should read, cause like I said they believe that America is some holier than thou and beacon of liberty and Justice which I always knew is just a fassade, yes America stands for some good things and played a major role in stopping major conflicts you have to give credit where its due, but even in that US is indirectly serving its own interest, and helping of Bosnian Muslims against the Serbs is best example, but this Palestine conflict is different as it tries to create an image of neutral party in the conflict, but this Genocide in Gaza has remove the veil of western hypocrisy of standing up for human rights everywhere, or women rights , or children and their education or people having right to independence.
I've followed this war from the very start, and to this day no American official including president or white house official has dared to answer that one simple question, Does a Palestinian have the right to defend itself or his family/property ? they can't say Yes, and that is embarrassing for a Super power and its institution to be scared to utter the word Yes, and I refused to believe its only USA interest or strategic ally BS, because any reasonable person or country can see that ditching one Israel for the many GCC countries serve American interest more, there is a strong religious aspect that drives US crazies who support the return of Jews to the holy land to build the temple even if it means slaughtering of innocent children, so its not just that " Israel is a strategic Partner " so we have to defend it, or Israel has US Military bases for Global spying etc, USA already have bases in Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, KSA, Egypt , Turkey etc so one less Israel or a base will not make any difference.
One part I disagree that, when you say if one wants USA to do something you have to make it their business is not true, USA despite being liberal/progressive country still hold a significant hate towards people of color and specially Arabs, and part of it is from the 9/11 that USA media has kept in its people alive which played a part in that hate, its not just about #neverforget, but such rhetoric has been deliberately kept alive, if 3000 dead Americans by a Organization was evil hence must be #neverforget than Millions of dead Muslims, 3-4 countries completely destroyed by America also calls for #neverforget but America expect rest of the world to just move on with the destruction USA did to their countries and people while they keep their 9/11 and hate related to that pretty alive, and I believe that this hate of Arabs or people of color is kept alive deliberately to justify future wars and Genocide in the name of "Terrorism" or "Right to defend" a satellite colony.
