US Perspective on the Iran - Israel / US War

They are using Air Power, artillery systems and drones to attack Iranian defenses and military infrastructure across the Strait of Hormuz and deep inside Iran since Feb 28. They will use all that to attack Iranian defenses in any area where American troops will be used to conduct a raid. This is not rocket science, bro.

This isn't Operation Eagle Claw.

Yeah, so , unsure if you have kept up with basically every major war since WW1, but constant bombarding of a well dug in enemy does destroy the enemy, at times it even did hardly any damage.

It's not rocket science, it's military history and tactics "Bro".

Ask anyone from the Prussian Army, the Imperial Japanese Army, the North Korean Army, the Viet Cong and the Afghans.

This war is the most dominant display of US airpower ever, exceeding that of Desert Storm. The military was given a clear set of objectives and they’ve executed them almost flawlessly.

Regime change has never been cited as a primary objective of this war. President Trump stated clearly on Feb 28 that regime change was contingent on the Iranian people rising up. With that said, many Iranian leaders are dead and the others are hiding in holes. Its military and 70% of its missile/drone/naval production facilities are destroyed. This is the weakest the Iranian regime has ever been.

As for the Strait, that’s temporary and the war isn’t over. If Iran loses control of that, most of the little leverage it has is gone.

You've really walked into a brick wall

Your understanding of this conflict is incredibly limited

Your citing your attacks on Iran, which of course will be destructive and it's up to Iran to absorb those attacks, but if you think this is victory then you are incredibly mistaken

You've plunged multiple states into economic turmoil to protect the apartheid state

Those states have for decades supported the U.S and the petrodollar and purchased U.S bonds alongside Japan, China, Europe

And for Israel you plunged these countries into conflict and economic strife

U.S debt is now on the cusp of 40 TRILLION, it's unsustainable
You serviced that debt through the petrodollar because you could print money, because the dollar was in demand

Those countries then held a excess of dollars which they then invested/purchased U.S bonds and debt

If the war goes on then the U.S has dealt itself the biggest defeat in its history, because it will end its own dominance

Iran is already demanding all oil trade in the Hormuz to be in Yuan henceforth

Iran is also demanding all ships pay a 2 million surcharge to go through the straight

Iran is also stating that U.S bases in the region leave
The GCC is stuck their infrastructure and desalination plants, oil etc are vulnerable

It takes months just to properly restart production and if damage occurs it will take years

This will pull more and more finance out of U.S debt

And Iran will demand that the GCC must trade oil in Yuan and make agreements with Iran in order for peace to occur
The GCC will be forced to agree

A shock to the world economy is coming because of sheer unadulterated American STUPIDITY and Zionist extremism

Everyone will and is blaming the U.S and Israel for this

Iran at this moment is selling more oil at double the price then it was before the war

Russia is selling more oil at double the price and now has a clear run at Ukraine with the U.S acting mindless

China is winning without doing anything

I could make this post MULTIPLE PAGES LONG, to try and explain the knock on effects of this stupid conflict, but I doubt Americans would get it beyond we make big boom in Tehran school

Dumb munitions had limited tactical application in warfare. There is a shift from that to precision munitions which have considerable tactical application in warfare. Now anything on the ground can be struck with great precision from a distance. Iranian defenses are not in good shape after facing a large number of precision strikes since Feb 28, they have lost many equipment pieces, troops and experienced commanders. It is very difficult for them to gather in once place and not draw attention, some commanders did that and lost their lives. They have some operational underground bases but these cannot help stop a special forces raid like an army out in the open which is exposed to air strikes.

Wars have panned out differently historically and even recently, it comes down to planning, tactics and tools used. Iran wasn't subjected to massive bombing during Operation Eagle Claw, it was a small-scale infiltration move that failed due to limited planning and an accident. But the US is learning from its past experiences. The ongoing Operation Epic Fury is of entirely different character in execution and scale. They are creating conditions suitable for special forces raids and possibly more on the ground.

Let's see what happens.

WE are not talking about a long-term occupation project here, WE do not know how this war will conclude.

Just give it some time. The politicians in charge may be idiots, but the US military leadership can execute their mission quite brilliantly. I would trust their competence at least.

Take a look at this, just to try and get some understanding on how badly the U.S has fucked up

You let the Jews trick you into this

After WW2, the biggest winner was the U.S, not because it beat Germany, but because of the international order it established

Europeans were the biggest losers, because WW2 meant the end of empire for them and it's been a gradual decline

The U.S now has done the EXACT SAME THING,
Your dum enough to count everything in bombs going off
Without understanding the consequences of your actions for the U.S itself

@Davey Crockett but is there a point of indignation where an attack on home ground pushes public opinion in favour of more extreme measures? Seems like a fine balancing act. And what is the public sentiment regarding the perception that the US was dragged into Israel's war? Especially amongst Republicans?

When I first signed up to the old PDF, my first post or two was to request more information on some Iranian art exhibit I saw in Detroit years ago.

{Crickets}

Now that my title here is a step or two above ignorant racist Nazi, I will like to ask again.

I saw an amazing picture of sheer colorful sheets, in a large tent.

Brilliant!

Will help me to deal with the oppressive heat in Oklahoma AND look fashionable.

This is total speculation and wishcasting. We can only wait and see how this war effects the US economically, but I expect it will have minimal effect overall. The US economy is massive at $30.8T and highly resilient. The US didn’t enter this war with the interests of economies on the other side of the planet. President Trump serves the American people and this nation. If you’re banking on recession/depression, I wouldn’t hold your breath.

This is for a American pov.
Americans can put their perspective on the same running thread. If we allow this then what is next? Separate threads for Israeli perspective, Pakistani perspective? Or Indian perspective on op Sindoor? This will will degrade the quality of the forum.
