Everything is a victory for them remember? Many families in Iran cannot afford basics, their economy has gone backwards and military hardware air force and navy wiped out but they shot down a few drones so "victory".....

So I keep scratching my head if the strait is already open for anyone to pass with total freedom why are they offering sanctions relief honestly this could be just to buy Americans more time for the midterms but if it’s not looks like the Iranians are winning this match for now
