Flew into Newark in ~1994 for a business trip to Morristown to speak with some companies and WTF Newark was a bunch of big ugly oil tanks...similar to Chelsea right next door to Boston with its ugly oil tanks next to the highway. yeesh.

The Western suburbs look amazingly similar to the suburbs of Boston. Driving around it can be hard to tell the difference.

LOL! even the youtube screen grab looks the same...right down to the same colored flowers hanging from the old-fashioned lampost.

USA in general is a pretty good place Massachusetts does have a wonderful friendly vibe , less crime beautiful place Boston and also state

It's strange which USA does have a big problem with illegal migrants but if you do end up in USA (legally) it is normally a quite welcoming place

As for California Dreaming , well their is no denying California is where American want to go. Due to Sun , and Hollywood. Unfortunately places like LA do have high crime rate. For many from small town or small cities it is bit odd to see streets and gas station close at 8pm or big locks in gas stations

Boston is much more safe , has University campus feeling very elegant

The best places in USA are generally small towns where people are generally friendly, small ice creme places or sandwhich places or diners

I can't comment on present , whole anti migrant drive or many other things.

But I was lucky to see a version of USA which was quite open in past obviously the world was quite different as well , a lot has changed in last 10 years
