It’s not just that. South Koreans maybe more xenophobic, and more Christian (feeling more affinity for Christian majority countries) , so you would assume they would be even more obsessed, it you don’t see as much of these comments coming out of Korea.

I suspect the Japanese economic stagnation, for nearly 40 years now, has had many trapping themselves in nostalgia, at which time Japan looked out into the world and really only noticed Europe and the US as the developed, “cultured” nations, as many of them would view it.

Outside of those that do business in the developing world, japan has become more insular in these past 35 years. One Japanese YouTuber posted out that Japanese people are speaking less and less English, fewer are going abroad to learn at foreign universities, and most Japanese feel comfortable just staying in Japan, where everything is just the way they like it.

Someone did an analysis of the Japanese society and their anime. The anime is what they wished the world was like, while many Japanese live in a world where their standard of living has stagnated, and are resentful that the country has to welcome more and more tourists in general, to keep the economy going. Couple this with the bad tourists that really irritate Japanese people, and give a bad name to all visitors from similar backgrounds.

Japan is a preview of the demographically declining and economically stagnating countries. Japan is not going to remain unique in this way, it just got there first.

If many tourist like Japanese culture, but it is known they will face discrimination going there, it is a business opportunity for business in each country to create mini-Japan like parts of their cities and Cather to this demand for the high points of Japanese culture; food, anime, architecture, gardens, etc.

There is that component of decline in japan for sure, any time a group of people feels economically threatened they will turn insular and racist.

They are still living in the fantasy lands of 70s and 80s when they were about to overtake the US as the biggest economy, hence( as you correctly pointed out), the obsession with fantasy like anime. Number of studies now show as anime being the dominant belief over religion.

What's Up with Some Japanese People's Obsession About Immigration in Europe and their desire to want to see only White People and No Diversity? I'm asking this because recently I notice a rising amount of Japanese Youtubers covering the state of affairs of Immigrants in some Western European countries(mainly UK and France), and their immediate desire to want to side with White People against Brown and Black People.

I'm still bitter at Japanese Anime and Games mainly making White People the main characters even if the stories are not set in Japan for many of them(like Resident Evil whose mainline games never had a PoC Protagonist like African-American or South Asian-Westerner), so to see these rising trend of Japanese Youtubers siding with Whites to demonize Brown and Black Immigrants even in real-life issues makes me think that more Japanese are starting to become Racist, Anti-Islam, and White Supremacists.

Those people not only hate diversity in fictional worlds not modeled on Japan, they even hate diversity in real life even when the country is not in Japan, as you can see on this Video here where this Jap always makes racist videos targeting the negative aspects of Muslim Immigrants in the UK as you can watch below :

It isn't surprising that they hate to see immigrants living in Real-Life European Countries, as they hate to include even Black and Brown People as part of the Main Character Roster in Fantasy Anime and Games inspired from Europe even when it's a fantasy world, like they hate diversity and Multiracial/Multicultural countries and only want to see white people in their stories.

Maybe they should have also hated White People for colonizing lands where there once were no Europeans present before like in Americas, AUS, and NZ, eh? But I see Japs only hating on Muslims and Blacks regardless of whether they're talking about their own country or about Europe, and this irks me that I hope the Muslim Countries boycott and ban Japan due to their Racism against People of Darker Skin and their Favoritism of Only White Europeans, which discriminates against and disadvantages Minorities Living in Western Countries... Now I get it why some African-Americans call Asians "White-Adjacent" because these people from East Asia only relate more to Europeans and think any non-White minority in Western countries doesn't belong and they hate us in the guts.

Not limited to Japan, this is common the world over. People fantasise about Europe being like somthing out of a period drama set in the 18th century.

In Japanese Shinto, white is still associated as the colour of purity and nobility and hence it is seen as those wirh white skin are naturally pure and elegant.

Then there is the concept of (White covers seven flaws) simply put, some women believe traditionally that having white skin will help cover flaws and make the woman more attractive and secure a good husband.

These wre all pre-western influenced concepts - then there is Western influenced bias which includes Disney et.al.

The average Japanese skin tone is Gandami (sandy tan) but there is an entire whitening industry in South and East Asia to cater to the insecurities of the many when it comes to skin colour.

Japan has no sovereignty. It's country is occupied by the US military. All of its institutions are controlled by the US. Japan is not an independent country, it IS a colony.
