All of these defense pacts have the same level of seriousness and credibility as the umpteenth resolutions passed by OIC in the past and MoU's signed by Pakistani establishment. The only real defence pact is Makkah Pact to defend Al Saud at all cost, but even before this pact Pakistan will have sent troops to defend Al Saud. So its old promise made official. Regarding other defence agreement they are for buying military equipment which Pakistan produces, training etc.

FM Asim Munir should alongwith friendly Muslim countries create a Muslim Economic Union called MAFTA (Multilateral Association for a Free Trade Agreement) just like EU alongwith Muslim NATO called MAFTA SDF (Self Defence Force) to protect the smaller and weaker Muslim countries.
