Like India should be worry about the future khalistan you can already see that with the US support of gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Neither can North Korea but its Ballistic weapons tech is well ahead and so are its engines.

Some from China, some Russian - and the same goes for Pakistan. Eventually they have learned how to improve and make quasi new things.
