1962 war was not a war fought to annex Tibet; it was a limited India–China border conflict. Another serious armed confrontation took place in 1967 at Nathu La and Cho La,We are waiting all this time for the fools to make the move to snatch away Tibet like 1962. In the 1967 clashes, Indian sources put Chinese losses at 340 killed and 450 wounded. The U.S. Institute of Peace gives a much wider historical estimate of 36–790 Chinese casualties
