The speed and volume at which systems are being added is truly generational. Outside of China, I can't think of a single country adding system and modernizing at this pace. Maybe the South Koreans, but they had a significant headstart, but Turkey is closing gaps fast and in a more extensive say in terms of subsystems.

Previous brochure information stated that the missile + tube weight was less than 16kg. The source below specifies the new weight as 25kg. In this case, Karaok must have undergone a series of modifications and become slightly heavier than previous version. This may have made the range increase possible
The range improvement is nice but I don't want the system to get too heavy. It is supposed to be portable after all.
