Yes
Both sides had radar in play and J-10 TWS can provide enough quality of track to allow guidance of BVR systems. In addition it is possible that J-10 data fusion from all sources can feed into its datalink to the PL-15.

Wouldn’t that defeat the purpose by exposing the location of the J-10? I thought PAF claimed that they have deployed a mature kill chain in May 2025

Not exactly, and having a mature kill chain means not every J-10 needs to be emitting and that if the datalink picture is clean enough you can launch a PL-15 in Lock On After Launch or passive mode to a supposed target location.

Meteor also has this capability except India hasn’t bothered to go as far as to integrate it yet within their net. Probably on their priority now.

One of the big things talked about post May 2025 engagements was PAF’s struck emission discipline.

If IAF also gets into the act, I think the next air war will pan out pretty even or close to even, unless PAF has few more surprises under its sleeves.

You never prepare to fight the last conflict.
And you never assume incompetence regardless of highlighting it post mortem.

Thanks, my assumption was that PAF had enabled multi domain and kill chain enough that your combat jets can get target data from all sources such as ground radars of AD systems or surveillance systems in general or AWACS. So the on board radar of the Launch aircraft becomes less and less relevant.

Is there any plan to integrate such setup? I am assuming at least the CnC centers would have data coming in from all sources (AD, AWACS, Jets) and fusing it together on an HMI for human controllers but still not able to guide your AA weapons. right?

Tells us they used an image generator likely ChatGPT because of the incorrect spelling on SHOOTE and weird aircraft.

But it tells you they are talking about their north star of “every sensor a shooter” so the latest DL takes inputs from all sources and pushes it to the launch aircraft which then acts as conduit to push it to the missile.

Alternatively(and I have my doubts) they are also in this generated image also showing the AEW talking directly to the PL-15.

What the Heack is MIGAES AEW Jammer and HISAR-1 Link Jammer?

That’s not a 1
Potential HISAR is making sure IAF cannot talk to each other. Difficult task to do and requires exposing the jammer if it does anything beyond spot or reactive jamming.

The HAROP barrage was also aimed at such systems on the front but thankfully there was generally good emissions discipline other than the fellows in Lahore.
