All of NATO already is covertly supporting this. Arab countries, Iran will be forced to attack American bases in those countries anyways. But the difference is that will be after USA/Israel has launched its initial decapitation strikes against Iran and caused massive damage. Don’t you see the game being played here? USA/Israel WANT and Arab-Iran war. The biggest losers in this are Arabs and Iran. Decades of coward or sellout rulers have caused this mess. The best way to cause the least harm in the Middle East now would be taking out all American and israeli assets in the region in a pre emptive strike. It might even force Arabs to avoid the war seeing the damage in the pre emptive strikes.

This whole war is an unavoidable war now. Better to go down causing USA/Israel significant damage.

The resistance is still alive.......we've been around for 5000 yrs. We'll still be here after the Empire fades, and Israel collapses.

The first wave of attacks is going to be on the missile bases.....they can't execute their plan if Iran can still keep firing missiles.....Knowing this Iran should be planning to have options outside of missile bases.
second, every command and communication building will be targeted, knowing this Iran should move the entire brain network of the military to an offsite hidden location or to hardened bunkers.
Every division should have their own battle plans that they will need to execute in case of a comms black out.......they need to be independent of central command, if they get cutoff.
As far as the naval assets are concerned...the carrier needs to be the main target, this way the sorties will be reduced, and give time for the Iranian missile command to target airbases.

Comms black out can also occur non-kinetically. Once the cc buildings are detected communications jamming by planes like ea -37b can degrade communications. I think it is not wide area communications jamming that they use which would require a lot of power and wide band but directional jamming to suspected areas.

Fiber optical cables can be extended outwards from the cc nodes by drones and connected to satcom devices several kms away from the main cc buildings. Satcom can also be jammed or even hacked so even that negative scenario needs to be well thought out even if it does not feel good. One option that comes to my mind is to use vtol drones(helicopter or hexacopter or fixed wing tail sitter) as communication relays to at least partially repair the communication network once blackout happens.

Iran's only option is to fight back the US wisely and resourcefully.

If the IRGC can damage the catapults of the two US supercarriers, then it should be suffice to deter the US.

The US has no reason to nuke Iran just for damaging its supercarrier's flight deck and temporarily incapacitating it.

But it is going to be very humiliating for the US, and they would have to retreat with huge embarrassment without any other choice.
