That would be ideal. But doesn´t work.

Politically; The real chance about finalizing the war it is skyrocketing the oil barrel and use the inflation as a weapon to target Trump. Remember US President attacked twice during dealing with Irán by the back. So the real target should be his impeachment.

Tactically; Irán cannot deplete their MRBM stock exclusively over Israel. There are a lot of SRBM and Cruise missile that are inmediately available to target those refineries and deposits. So if Irán just use their medium range ballistic missiles against Israel, they could deplete their stock and not fulfilling the political real target, which is taking out Trump.

He is very smart, most likely avoids open areas, and could be staying in a bunker.

Or perhaps he is on the move and doesn't have any bodyguards. Nowadays, Iranian bodyguards are suspected of being recruited with huge sums of money by Satan's Mossad agency.

That being said, if Iran doesn't march to the bomb in the midst of this conflict, it will be huge betrayal to their martyrs. Iran has every justification it could have to have nukes!
