Well, I agree on the co-operation and defence production part. Afghanistan is the most turbulant place on earth to put a defence industry. If in doubt, ask the Brits, Soviets and Americans.

Brits, Soviet and Americans brought with them GUNS and Afghans Saw them as enemy so natural instinct to fight back...

Not disputing that. Am challenging the assertion that Iran is not attacking KSA when attacking US installations. That's why I pointed out that outside of the US Embassy, Iran most certainly is attacking KSA. The distinction being US bases as opposed to say Saudi bases. But it is still an attack on KSA nonetheless.

One of these things, Saudis are active collaborators, involuntary accomplices, unacknowledged/uninformed or incapable quislings...
In all cases culpable of allowing territory to be used against a third party.
It is a willful handicap to wipe hands clean of any actions taken using their territory. Where Iran borders many other states and not all have US bases or allow their land, sea or airspace for illegal aggression.
It is better that they keep their heads bowed as they did for Gaza.
