Not sure what you are referring to, but if this is a serious question, then a 50 MT Tsar Bomba will actually create a crater 102 Meters deep, which would be pretty much a waste of the most powerful nuke at expense of huge destruction around it laterally. For standard soil, the Formula is:

Crater Depth = 4 X {Kt Yeild} ^ 0.3, which comes to 102 Meters for 50,000 KT weapon.

Again, this is standard soil, we are not yet talking about reinforced concrete structures

Against mountain bedrock it reduces by a factor 10 to 100.

Now if a bunch of bunker busters first penetrated deep enough where a nuke can be dropped, then that's a different story. A GBU-57 MOP penetrates anywhere from 30 to 60 meters,

The shockwaves might damage the structures right underneath it, but won't destroy the missile complexes completely.

But anyway, the good thing is that US & Israel seem to have given up, seems like they cannot reach into the Missile cities with anything currently in their arsenal.

Though I'm not sure if they actually destroyed Fordow as well. CNN published reports showing that the aftermath did show craters, but there were no signs of a significantly destroyed facility in the form of soil depression. Then again, US is pretty politically charged, so CNN might right . or they might be onto anti-Trump narrative.
