Not sure what you are referring to, but if this is a serious question, then a 50 MT Tsar Bomba will actually create a crater 102 Meters deep, which would be pretty much a waste of the most powerful nuke at expense of huge destruction around it laterally/horizontally, just to get a 100 meter crater (as a best case scenario on softest of surfaces). For standard soil, the Formula is:

Crater Depth = 4 X {Kt Yeild} ^ 0.3, which comes to 102 Meters for 50,000 KT weapon.

Again, this is standard soil, we are not yet talking about reinforced concrete structures

The shockwaves might damage the structures right underneath it, but won't destroy the missile complexes completely.

Now if a bunch of bunker busters first penetrated deep enough where a nuke can be dropped, then that's a different story. A GBU-57 MOP penetrates anywhere from 30 to 60 meters, so 2 of them would do better than tsar bomba when it comes to creating craters .. and 4 to 5 might reach in, but they would have to be dropped very very, very precisely on on top of one another. Until now US and israel have been unable to do so and looks like they have given up already.

Against mountain bedrock it reduces by a factor 10 to 100.

Highly doubt GBU-57 can cut thru 60 meters of granite, the Fordow site used the ventilation shaft.

There is major doubt the sensitive components of any major nuclear weapon could survive the drop thru mountainous terrain let alone a TSAR Bomba class weapon.

If the Syrians want their recently lost land back and the Golan Heights too then they should at least ignore weapons coming from Iran/Iraq into Lebanon.
Turn a blind eye to the smuggling!
