I fail to understand thanklessness of iranian members, a prolonged war would eventually hurt Iran more…. Yous can’t even hit US mainland even if it nukes you…. It’s better to take the days off from war and prepare better measures than to be the meat for meat grinder

I think Pakistan should thank Iran if the deal is finally reached. This war is hurting Pakistan more than Iran since Iran is ready to sacrifice after their leadership is brutally murdered. The petrol already reaching 500 rupees in Pakistan and if the war continues, it may well reach 1000. So it is in our favour that the war must stop.

Pakistan’s biggest achievement in this war is that we were able to keep Arabs away from joining the war and Arabs have been extremely kind to Iran by not responding to Iranian attacks. I read somewhere that about 2000 drones and missiles were fired in Arab region alone out of 7000 by Iran so far and not a single missile was fired back at Iran in response. Thats a lot of patience by the Arabs and unusual to most nations… Arabs accepted economic loss of billions of dollars if not hundreds of billions of dollars and happy to settle with ceasefire if it happens. The ceasefire will help Iran but they are on suicide mission… the Arab world is not…

Oh the guy who was Zarif’s deputy negotiator for JCPOA is promising the U.S. agreed to Iran’s 10 point wishlist. Same way Zarif fraudulently sold JCPOA to the government and claimed Arak reactor was never filled with cement.

Don’t you find it strange just days after Zarif published the surrender article in FP and few days after an alleged targeted meeting of IRGC commanders that also killed the intelligence chief for IRGC….and the day after one of the Larijani brothers goes on national television and is telling Iran not to overplay its hand…that Iran suddenly agrees to a deal it refused for weeks?

Something is very strange about this deal and my thinking is that Mojtaba might be more of a reformist than we thought (had decent ties in the UK).

Either way IRGC was ready for a true world altering battle. But once again the Larijani’s, Reformists, Bazaari’s, and pragmatics decided to embarrass the country and sue for peace.

Israel has been systematically killing pro IRGC guys, but this framework and ceasefire will have been agreed by the SNSC so it’s not just a few reformists who wanted it

As for the IRGC being ready for a world altering battle, their firing rates were simply too low for that and they failed to deter Israel from hitting our core infrastructure at will

Doesn’t matter what they think, we are already on the other side of China surpassing the US. Now the world just needs to manage US decline, which Trump is speed running.

The only reason for the US to temporarily abandon Israel and leave it vulnerable is because the US has to secure its decisive competition against China.

According to their logic, a weakened fractured US cannot secure the future of the Jews, if Israel got leveled in the Middle East, as long as the wealthy Jews still preserve their lives and wealth in the US, they can still rebuild it in the future.

These two (US and Israel) will definitely break the ceasefire as soon as they get their breathing room, it gives Iran some time to strategies and place its assets, neither parties are fools unlike what many of us keyboard warriors think and presume

Those Arabs continuously allowed the U.S. to launch missile attacks against Iran from their territory (Kuwait and UAE) and launched several drones Into Iranian airspace (especially UAE)

Some were more restrained but they all enabled the criminal war against in Iran somehow

The strange part is that Iran’s points violate American redlines, so it remains to be seen if the U.S. will ultimately agree to such points or if the U.S. is simply fooling Iran again

No, brother, this is old news. Trump has since completely abandoned the idea of accepting the 10 points, claiming it was a CNN fabrication. He's indicated that the only agreement was Iran opening up the straits.

Iran’s 10 point plan includes:

Iranian control over Strait of Hormuz
Right to enrich uranium
NO limits on missile program
Full sanctions relief
Return of all frozen assets

The U.S. could have got this deal ages ago. Iran has not compromised on any of its core demands, it’s just weaker now. But these terms are not agreed and the U.S. has no honour, it cannot be trusted to abide by any agreement.

It’s a shame we didn’t extract a bigger cost from them. And I hope we did not abandon Hezbollah.

I am curious what is the instrument of agreement? Is it just Trump's 'agree' message on his "Truth Social"? Telephone call to PM of Pakistan? My understanding is, an agreement of this mgnitude has to pass through Congress to get legal authority.
