Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

They offered an outdated variant and one that was not suitable for Iran’s large country size.

China and Iran haven’t had a major arms deal since the infamous C-802/C-801 arms deals.

Yes, the J-10A provided by China in 2015 does not have AESA, it is just a regular 4G fighter jet.

But the J-10A is already the most advanced fighter jet that China was able to export in 2015. The J-10C made its maiden flight in 2017, not 2015.

In 2015, 4.5G fighter jets equipped with AESA were not the mainstream, 4G fighter jets were the mainstream.

@Kyussis

Moreover, China's proactive provision of J-10 to Iran is sufficient proof that China is not afraid of sanctions, which is what I want to prove.

What is preventing China from selling planes is not sanctions, but Iran's internal political forces!

Too violent. Much better to keep existing blockade and hope IRGC runs out of cash. Bankruptcy is much preferable to bombs. Iranian money has six zeroes now. When it reaches twelve or fifteen zeroes, an agreement will be reached.
Your president is not known to be able to play the long game. And by the time that happens, gulf oil will no longer be in the market and oil may have reached 250 USD/barrel.

Agreeing to a ceasefire before establishing deterrence will cost Iran.

It seems like they never learned this lesson despite all the episodes since the assassination of Soleimani.

If Islamic Republic wouldn't get any benefit of this truce they would be launching missiles daily.

Irán is probably repairing tunnels and entrances to missile cities, assembling more missiles (at least liquid fuelled ones) and reinforcing Air defenses.

It is US the one that have 3 carriers and a dozen of destroyers deployed In the region. That cost millions daily.

Time is running against them also.

A 1960’s F-5 was able to bomb a U.S. base and return home. Not sure why you think USAF is the equivalent of a Death Star. A capable Iranian airforce would be able to get its punches in and take the strain off the air defense squads doing all the work. I said the many times before the war.

Sure Iran cannot compete head to head against F-35 or F-22. However,
The main problem of any Iranian airforce is actually being able to survive while on the ground refueling and rearming. The solution to that is more mountain airbases like Oghab-44 and overall much stronger air defenses than whatever Iran built for the last 2 decades (which was not much at the end of the day outside of some mobile SAMs and the a few S-300 from Russia).

Iran’s future focus should be on a fast interceptor force that is focused on countering intrusions into its airspace whether the craft comes from China or Russia is irrelevant.
I believe Iran is reworking the qaher into a drone with AI capabilities just like the Kararr drone.

Yes, USS Gerald Ford must come back home in late May, it's running out his max deployment time.

If Israel hasn't done the same in Iran yet, it's not due to humanitarian reasons or fear of be accused about war crimes.

It's just due to the fear of Iran striking back, but when they will feel strong enough, they will attempt it.

Observe how they act when they feel with impunity, to predict what they will try in the future.

US President Donald Trump will hold talks on the Iran war with his top security advisers, US media reported, AFP reports.

Barak Ravid, global affairs correspondent for US media outlet Axios, reported that Trump was expected to hold a meeting with his top national security and foreign policy team to discuss the next steps.

ABC News quoted two unidentified US officials as saying that Trump would meet with his key security advisers on Iran, adding that a new deal proposed by Tehran to resolve the conflict fell short of Washington’s red lines.

Pentagon: Number of US Army wounded in aggressive war against Iran rises to 415
Tehran, IRNA – The Pentagon has confirmed a rise of 415 in the number of US forces wounded during the aggressive war waged against the Islamic Republic.

According to USA Today, while it had previously been announced that the number of wounded was 399, the Pentagon’s update on Monday shows that the number of wounded has reached 415.

Accordingly, 271 members of the US Army, 63 members of the Navy, 62 members of the Air Force, and 19 Marines have been wounded.

The previous reports showed that 13 American soldiers have also been killed.

The US and the Israeli regime imposed a large-scale unprovoked military aggression against Iran following the assassination of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, along with several senior military commanders and civilians on February 28.

In response, the Iranian Armed Forces carried out retaliatory operations with waves of missiles and drones, targeting American military bases in the region and Israeli positions in the occupied territories, forcing the aggressors to request for a ceasefire.
