First, there's about 200 days strategic and commercial reserves; second, land pipelines are operating at full capacity; third, import sources are diversified, specific measures include increasing oil and gas imports from non-Middle Eastern countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Angola, and Malaysia. Finally, there's domestic oil production increase. Simultaneously, promoting electricity substitution, popularizing new energy vehicles and reducing oil consumption.
