I found that adding short walking breaks throughout my day really boosted my energy levels. If you're busy, even a 10-minute walk can make a difference.
 
I'm up to 4km X 4 days per week.
Great achievement, keep it up. I will also recommend you to walk at brisk pace, around 5km an hour, not slow walking, this will work on your cardio, calf and leg muscles. Try to walk outside, get fresh air and sun.

I'm averaging 16 minutes per km - moderate pace. Remember I'm 72 years old
