I had posed a similar question some days back but nobody answered me. I think it may be the experience Iran gained by going up against Israeli/American AD/EW and that Jordan and GCC don't possess the same level of defensive capabilities ?

I await an answer from the military / geopolitical master strategists here.

About 20-30% of all Tomahawks fail in flight. Russian cruise missiles the number is even higher.
