It leads to overreaction and miss allocation of precious resources.
This is why contingency planning is done by clever people who know how to do cost benefit analysis.

There is nothing to worry about something that is illegal so clearly in violation of the MoU that Iran agreed to. Iran is at fault 100% in this matter.

I Expect Iran to hit some valuable targets in exchange for Iranian infrastructure. Airports, oil and gas facilities.
