MILDEN class Submarine construction will start in 2025



Ministry of National Defense published its 2023 activity report

Within the scope of the MİLDEN Project, the construction of the Test Block is planned to start in 2024, and construction activities will start in 2025

Length : 80+ m
Displacement : 2.700 tons
Its powered by an air-independent propulsion system.

It is a project that shows Turkiye's technological development
Turkiye enter elite club in Naval Industry

It is aimed to start the construction by making the first welding in 2025 and to complete the construction and test activities in 2031



Turkish Navy will have the strongest Submarine fleet in the region
( Italy , Greece , Egypt and Israel )
The Eastern Mediterranean borders countries in Europe, the Levant, and
North Africa. This means that the potential exists to be a major influence in multiple regions if enough power is projected in the Eastern Mediterranean



MILDEN class AIP Submarines will replace Type-209 class Submarines in 2030s

and 6 Type-214TN ( REIS ) class AIP Submarines enter service year by year until 2028

I'm starting to think that we should've bought Yonca-Onuk MRTP-45s

They used to build 65 knot capable hulls.

I wonder what Ekber Onuk is up to these days

A UAV can attack MPAC from 20km away and vessel cant do anything, dont forget kiowas , apaches and other attackers which can fire 50km NLOS missiles, Hisar can defy all of them

10 AKINCI UCAVs can stay in the air for 24 hours to protect Turkish Navy Warships including MPACs

10 AKINCI UCAVs can carry 60 GOKDOGAN air to air Missiles with range of 100+ km to hit enemy UCAVs and KIOWA Helicopters .... also to intercept anti-ship missiles in sea skimming mode

AKINCI UCAV will be equipped with MURAD AESA Radar and GOKDOGAN air to air Missiles



AKINCI UCAVs can create NO FLY ZONE near Turkish Warships to protect Turkish EEZ in the Eastern Mediterranean

Hücumbot mantığında hava savunma yok, onu da koyduğun zaman korvet olur zaten.


Türk tipi hücumbotun RAM taşıması bile bizim için büyük bir yenilik.

Biz gayet iyi niyetli bir şekilde; o da olsun, bu da olsun diyoruz ama bu sistemleri kullanacak adam lazım. Hücumbot, düşük maliyetli, az sayıda personeli riske atarak, büyük firkateynlerle çatışabilecek gemi tipidir. Bir İstanbul sınıfı firkateyn fiyatına 4 tane kılıç sınıfı hücumbot alırsın veya 3 tane Yunan Roussen sınıfı hücumbot alırsın ama hiçbir firkateynin 3 veya 4 hücumbota karşı şansı yoktur.

Bunlar bizim asıl vurucu gücümüz ama çok ihmal ediyoruz. Bir an önce Türk Tipi Hücumbotun üretime geçmesi lazım.
