If I calculate it correctly probability of winning/losing draws before election debates ( Mr Jalili's time to start his speaking starts right after Mr Pezeshkian for 3 different TV debate programs) are 1 to ~ 1404

Odds were not just the only favourable cases for Mr Jalili. in my opinion he used time management system much better than others too since debates start at ~8:20 pm he used more time early phase and left less time for later parts of debate which may have less viewers when the program ends at ~12:10. (So he is using tactics as well )
