Does not look like it from the shot. This is a Bombardier 6000 and it looks exactly the same as it was when acquired or any other stock jet.
Also, which country acquire just one jet of its kind for an EW role? This is a VIP aircraft only for the morally corrupt and bankrupt.

This aircraft will be sent to Turkey for conversion into an EW platform this year.Not sure who mentioned that this is actually a VIP aircraft.

I totally agree look at what happened to a similar plane acquired by navy
