Just a small feedback I got from a friend who flew T-38s as a student sent from Pak to Turkey. Years ago, one of the TuAF students touched wings with another aircraft during formation familiarisation flights. Instead of grounding the student, they put him through a review board and granted him extra training. In PAF, if a student did that during their advanced jet training stage.....it will be suspension from flying.

Has its good and bad sides, maybe not comparable. But that "experienced" Soloturk demo pilot almost killed the crowd.

This is so easy for SOLOTURK Pilots ........ not even dangerous

Therefore SOLOTURK is the best demo team in the world

Be serious and logical. It has nothing to do with their patriotic skillsets and achievements. It is about a particular incident that almost killed the crowd today.

And this Soloturk team, was banned from RIAT airshows for a couple of years due to their reckless affinities to break the safety rules. They were just recently allowed back in the show circuit at RIAT.

Different sources attributed that to a FCS failure, however I still doubt it since the way the jet responded during recovery (which was amazing). Looks like pilot error
 
Congrats, Germans have approved the sell of Eurofighters, if you ask me lets buy it and study it. Latest upgrade T4 or first customer T5, first delivery 5 years something like the F16. We will install our own weapons so air to air and grond will be used on it.

I am a fan of F4 Terminators, it was the first two engined fighter used as bomber in the Turkish airforce, it was fast and a good weapon load capacity. It is aging they are over 50 years old. ASAP needs to be replaced.
