Excellent point but he could potentially use the following route:
1. Straight over the Mediterranean after leaving Occupied Palestine.
2. Fly over newly found Zionist puppet Morocco and then over Atlantic to USA. Morocco is a signatory that has not ratified yet.
Anyway this is a historic victory for the resistance against this vile settler entity as a lot of people were predicting this would never happen.

The US has the Hague invasion act which will be put into effect if Benzion Mileikowsky is actually arrested. No country would be willing to enforce it.

First find an instance of an American war criminal (and there are plenty of those) being arrested on behalf of the ICC. If one is arrested the US will send in forces to wrap up the whole of Netherlands if necessary and the rest of Europe will sit by and watch.
This is not hyperbolic, the US is covering for a genocide and ethnic cleansing while preaching about invasion of a sovereign country all the while holding back its competitors i.e. Russia, China. Europe is stable only because of American security umbrella and if any one of the western Europeans steps out of line they'll become irrelevant in international affairs and (metaphorically) devoured by their neighbors.

No US citizen has been indicted by the ICC.

PS - US has made Europe unstable as it instigated the Ukraine war. European countries like Germany, France, Spain and Italy never wanted to get involved in that mess. They know Russia is no threat to them.

You're more naive than I thought. I was hoping not to resort to personal attacks but there's no other word to describe your post. Let me spell it out for you in your own words:

The whole world knows America blew up Nordstream 2 and there was not even a peep of protest from the Europeans. America knows the Ukraine war is destabilizing Europe even you know this and yet America has its way.

UK's Tony Blair also has not been indicted to ICC. Most people in UK would be happy if he got sent to Hague as they consider him a war criminal.
