Those canisters are the same we saw before in a truck hidden. in Tehran when TP 1 so we can assume It is in service. The body of the missile it is wider so probably it is designed as SHORADS countering UAV, helicopters and subsonic cruise missiles.

As long as it works and does what it is supposed to. Its not entering a beauty pageant contest for air defence systems.

Well if the rest of the system has been designed with the same care and attention to detail as its deployment capabilities, then they might aswell not bother. The design flaws I have highlighted indicate that it is not a robust, reliable hot-deployable system that can shoot and scoot as it looks like it has to be jerry-rigged each time it is sent somewhere. Seriously, looks like you have to carry around bricks so to level and stablise the platform as the designers did not use stabilisng legs that were long enough??? That is bad. Then we have the haphazard use of non-military grade wiring between the launcher and control centre suggests a platform that is brittle and has increased probability to be subject to failure in the field.

What I have highlighted are military flaws in the system that are down to poor industrial design and manufacturing capabilities of the military industrial complex in Iran. Even Pakistan designs products with better thought how how they will be deployed in the field than Iran does, and that is shocking given how much longer Iran has been doing this compared to Pakistan.

A jármű eleje erősen megemelkedett, a tavaszi utakról is látszik. A hátsó hidraulikus munkahengerek alig nyúlnak ki. Csak 1 rakéta van betöltve. Ez csak egy teszt lehet. A rakéta nagyon ismerősnek tűnik. A rakéta teste olyan, mint amit egy Cobra helikopteren láttam. Talán az új a keresője. A 2. rendszer Iránnak való, az első is infravörös volt. Arra gondoltam, hogy talán ez a rendszer lézervezérelt. A két konténer között egy kar található. Az egyik kamera lehet a másik lézeradó.

It is probably a prototype example. Another model was also seen in Iran before:

The center arm fire guide radar sensor can also be down. If so, the missile is infrared.

Wow. Lasers are challenging systems because they need a LOT of energy, specially long range ones (US Navy). The small size of the emitter suggests it is short range specially designed to counter smalls drones. The IR tracking systems it is 360 degree surveillance (we saw it before in the Majid AD-08) and after it in the Sahand as guidance system for the Kamand CIWS. It is very good because the truck it is really small (Turkish NAZAR system), and seems to be completely passive, something that enhance the survivability of the system.

All in all, excepting the long range radar system that have been show, all three new systems are light, short range, IR and seems to be focused in Drones or cruiser subsonic munitions. Misagh 3 with night vision, new missile on Arash and this Laser system.

That suggest to me that IRGC and Khatan Al-anbiya are pretty confident in their long range systems already in service. So now they are focusing in short range protection systems.

That probably means that is remotely operated. Wires usually suggests that are connected to a external electric generator (if not, the vehicle should have running the engine for feeding electricity to the system) and also suggest that is connected to a external operator, also good for improve survivability of the crew and even connecting the launcher to an IADS.
 
A senior Iranian military official recently claimed that the country possesses undisclosed weapons, the existence of which is unknown to its adversaries.

Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Ashtiani, deputy chief of staff of the armed forces, made the remarks at a press conference in connection with ongoing military exercises aimed at demonstrating Iran’s ability to confront external threats.

In his remarks, General Ashtiani said: “We have weapons systems that we have not yet discussed, and the enemy does not have access to this data. Some of these technologies could be tested during our military exercises.”

He also stressed the importance of these exercises in strengthening the preparedness of the Iranian armed forces in various strategic areas.
