The US is no longer the world's sole hyper power. Not in science, not in tech, not even militarily.

The Iranian currency has suffered from devaluation since day 1. It has nothing to do with the US sanctions. Even when the JCPOA was in place, nothing changed for the Iranian currency.

The Ayatollahs are simply incompetent when it comes to basic economic theories. They just don't get it. Just like Erdogan doesn't get it. Even Afghanistan is not experiencing a similar phenomenon and the Taliban is not recognized by most countries in the world.

A reasonable conclusion to reach after observing Iran's responses to prior escalations. The only cost of such a strike is the financial cost involved in carrying it out.

If Trump is being honest and they are having direct talks with high profile authorities in Iran on Saturday, then the real question is, why do you want to fight the Jewish fascists so badly if you know you're so vulnerable that you give in to their demands and bend over in less than a month? It hasn't been even one month since Trump wrote Khamenei some vague letter and he is directly talking to them now.

2000 Khorramshahr missiles with 1000kg warhead and 100m CEP is all we need to turn Tel Aviv to rubble

only 2000. less than 1000 if CEP can be improved to 80m. and this assumes 25% failure rate and 25% interceptions. you can run the numbers in DeepSeek or ChatGPT

I hope they are building them 24/7...

We didn't achieve much with 650kg warheads.
Khorramshahr can theoretically carry 1800kg warheads. So, why not 1800kg?

The missing component is the political will to use them in this manner. It's not necessarily a bad decision; the response to this would likely be nuclear attacks on Iranian cities which Iran cannot respond to since its leadership refused to build nuclear weapons. "Israel" responded to October 7th with blatant open genocide and the west clapped. If Yaffa gets leveled you think they would care if they use nukes?

K-4 carries 1500kg payload

but some of that is guidance system and the RV boosters

so I conservatively assumed 1000kg explosives

the missiles we used in TP1 and TP2 likely had 350-500kg warheads, the explosions were significant in many places but they hit empty places, that was a bigger problem

use them in cities and it's a very different story

It seems that you are right. The claimed payload for Khorramshahr is 1800kg, but when you compare it to Hwasong-10, it seems that it shouldn't be able to lift more than 1580kg to a distance of 2,000 km. Unless Iran has made some changes to the engine, which is unlikely.

Using them on cities would give Israel the greenlight to commit genocide. They have megaton nukes in their arsenal. They can wipe Tehran off the map.
