Immense effort was taken to build dams and reservoirs, and new ones are being built but we MUST deal with the backwards stupidity of some communities and wake them up to reality

Looking at this, I think an artificial river from Kalabagh-R should be made straight to Gwadar so that the country has 2 water ways down south.

Today, it’s “they can’t stop the water for long”; tomorrow, it’ll be “they can’t stop it for very long”.... and the day after, we’ll be saying “they’ve dried us out.” Maybe the damage seems minimal now, but their intent couldn’t be clearer. If we don’t act while we still can, they’ll expand their water storage and leave us with no leverage. Fooling ourselves with lines like “they can’t hold back enough water no matter how many dams they build” or “not for long” is exactly the narrative India wants us to settle into. That’s the new normal they’re quietly manufacturing..... one slow choke at a time.

I think India is trying to use this as a cheap psychological panic tactic....for now

Rather than fighting for reverting to the old status quo I think Pakistan should take infrastructure development and planning a lot more seriously

If you want maximal Chinese cooperation then take infrastructure seriously and smartly
