Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Bhai it would be reasonable to assume that PM’s speech may imply either de-escalation by not retaliating, or may downplay the likelihood of Pakistan responding to provide tactical surprise factor.

PM’s speech did seem to focus on the performance of the Armed Forces thus far and less of what’s to come
It made it seem like the shooting down of jets and artillery fire across the LOC was the retaliation

usual, zonny walker black
Bro, got to give you a medal for courage because you are fighting 100's w/o your Indian comrades today. I came here to look for what usually the most boisterous Indian posters say about the Indian Rafale, Su30MKI, and Mig29 losses.

Such a bizarre situation. IAF absolutely silent a full day after horrific losses and despite masses of evidence, not willing to publicly say anything (or not allowed to), as a result the French themselves have to come clean and do the communications on their behalf.

French will be in absolute panic mode right now.

Current Rafale users will want to know how this happened (Greeksm Qataris, Indonesians, Egyptians etc)

Inevitably on any new sales pitches other air forces now will want to know what ahppend and how the good Rafale/Spectra/Aesa is

Inevitably the Saudis may now cancel any Rafale contract and the UAE may be well hoping Iran does not get access to J-10C/PL-15 Combo.

Obviously PAF's training, tactics, AEW and EW all played a role too, but these are also things we can teach other air forces.

Trust me, today has been a disaster for European Defence Aviation as the Meteor too did not perform and that equips Typhoons and Gripens too.

All thanks to our friends the IAF
This is what I was saying all day long

How has painting India as an aggressor worked so far? Terribly

India initiated every single conflict with Pakistan, bar kargil.
That is incorrect - 65 was Op gibraltar .
71 however was India invading using MB but they lie about that not being relevant instead the PAF strikes are.

They are actually hoping now for the same - so they can launch multiple offensives in AJK to actually take it and other mainland Pakistan to capture territory for bargain

The evidence is mounting and will soon become undeniable.
I've been on western forums all day whilst at work and it seems they also have concluded that Indian jets were taken down.

Which forums? I would like to broaden my reach too :)

I wish I could give this posts more likes than one. this is a good opportunity... something we may not see for a while and a gr8 opportunity to do something they remember for a bit.
stay inside kashmir so as to not escalate beyond a limit and strike a dozen valuable target that they have. something that will hurt now and will pain for a bit. Expose the paj**ts randi rona to the world.

Bro, opportunities like this seldom come. Pakistan must utilise the opportunity.

It is not about hitting the terror resources at all. That's just optics. Pakistan can produce them at a factory rate as it has high unemployment and high radicalism.

It's about how freely PA willing to use them in Kashmir. The cost to them was barely a few thousand USD. Plausible deniability means there was no literal cost. The point of this strike is to up the stakes for PA. That is through military costs, economic costs, and constant threat to their image. It's also through IWT as gradual reduction and alteration of waters will now start in India. All types of costs will be imposed. Costs to India in terms of losses are meaningless not because they aren't losses but because the strategic goals are achieved almost regardless of losses. The next time PA wants to ramp up pressure on India in Kashmir, it will have to factor what will inevitably comes after the terror strike and what PA will then have to be prepared for. That's the real point.

Get your calculator out , 3 Rafaels + 1 Su30 + 1 Mig29 = ????

(This doesnt include the cost extracted when it comes to the moral of Indian forces particularly IAF)

Since you are very much into costings....

Update:
As per highly placed official source, "Islamabad has made its decision: the sanctuaries of the UN-designated terrorist outfit RSS (Hindutva) on Indian soil are now legitimate military targets for Pakistan. As an "existential threat" to the people of Pakistani-claimed and Indian-illegally-occupied Jammu & Kashmir, RSS can no longer hide behind state protection."

Middle east spectator
I have 3 problems with it

1. Disclosing intended targets means Pak is telling RSS terrorists to vacate their sanctuaries in advance. India didn't tell Masood Azhar family to vacate their home prior to strike. Traitors here want de-escalation. They love world more than hereafter!

2. Why are we limiting strikes to IoK? It should have been in mainland India too, otherwise India will make it their habit to attack mainland Pak after every freedom fighters attack in IoK.

3. Attacking MA's home and murdering his family means we should attack and eliminate RSS Chief along with his family.

4. We should also hit some temples near RSS sanctuaries too, in response to Hindu Zionists attacking Mosques in mainland Pak.

--> Asim Munir is Syed. He should follow Ahmad Shah Abdali in eliminating scum & not Syeds Khomeini's of Iran who pre-told intended targets of their missiles to Israel via Russia.

--> & if these plans of targeting RSS were leaked to international media by a politician, then finish every one of them and install Presidential Technocratic Govt. We don't need traitors in wartime.

Yes - but Ill repeat this aspect:

This is NOT just a military engagement or military equation.

Imagine a movie - there are actors, directors, equipment, producers, distributors, external regulations and so onx

Each of those requirements has to be balanced and almost like a slider control for a video game where if you increase one strength you lose points in another - you cannot go all out in one aspect such as military without losing points available diplomatically or economic or internal security.

You are all discounting the ready to go “Indian” troops in TTP and BLA who are in full attack mode and reports say they are taking up positions in FATA and Balochistan.
Gains made over months could be lost within days
well, we should have our own ‘troops’ in Kashmir ready. What has diplomacy and pacifism helped us wrt Indian terrorism?

They would be in a rude awakening for mainland or Azad Kashmir. I don’t see them winning in any capacity whether it’s war or the narrative.
