I have to agree with you to some extent, if I understand you correctly. The US keeps Iran as the enemy and milks the Persian Gulf puppet governments for massive amounts of their wealth. I have to say that the scales are now in a different direction. The US wants to crush Iran because the real enemy is China. The war with Russia is entering its third year. The Chinese fully understand that if the Russians fall, they are next. If another front opens with Iran, it is likely to lead to a confrontation with the US, although it is doubtful.. No one in Iraq, Afghanistan, or Azerbaijan is capable of starting a war with Iran. The result will not be a war at first, but rather sabotage, as we see in Russia, and increased economic isolation.

There is no money left for even continue US support to Ukraine...War is big business in the US. There have been presidents in the past with ideas, but then the suits show up. The sooner they abandon NPT and reveal their intentions, the sooner they can begin negotiating with leverage to avoid war. somewhat true as that increases our leverage and that is why Trump talked about his '2 month deadline' previously (which has turned out to be another bluff)
the problem is if Trump wakes up one day and decides Iran is not cooperating and then gives a green light to an Israeli strike, blindsiding Iran in the middle of negotiations. although problems are also opportunities.
on the other hand, the experience with Ukraine shows that Trump will put up with a lot of delays and will not be quick to leave negotiations even when very little progress is being made

Yeah, the small tourist islands are good, but the thing in general is a huge scam of astronomical proportions. They already have scaled down the project. Instead of 180 km, the line will be shorter than 5km. It's still going to cost them over 1 trillion dollars! Anyway, it seems that the negotiations have failed. The US offer seemed quite irrational. The US doesn't want a deal apparently and the time is moving forward in our favor so far. We must prepare for the worst case scenario now and move our enriched uranium to unknown locations. If the regime doesn't go publicly nuclear, then things will get extremely ugly for us.
