Has Russia delivered a single Sukhoi-35 to Iran? They were supposed to start the delivery in late 2024.

They sent electronic warfare equipment and radars. We don't know about the Su-35 situation, whether Iran made the payments already or Iran actually even bought them, I'm assuming they were bought b/c the trainer aircraft was delivered, we don't know how far along the training program is.

Idk has it been confirmed that Iran made the payment? Maybe Iran changed its mind. Only in January 2025 of this year was there anything concrete said by an Iranian official.
