JF-17 - Updates, News & Discussion

I think PAC just wants to move ahead with JF-17 project, mainly focusing external customers and upgrading Block 2 jets to Block 3 standards. Apparently, Block 1 won’t get the upgrade, which is kinda odd, but I don’t know the full reason. Also sounds like Block 4 is off the table for now. Maybe they’re shifting focus to the AZM program? That one’s supposed to include multiple projects, including the 5th-gen fighter stuff. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Again all these are on the ground ..I have never seen one flying
don't worry even the Indian pilots wont see it flying, actually they won't even see its missiles flying to blow their ass

Worh azeris pak

All i am saying its irrelevant, you have ground photos and official documentations
Nah..why haven’t we seen jf17 a flying with 4x pl15s or sd10s? We see plenty of pics of j10s with this configuration

Give it a rest, the PAF isn't your personal papparazzi. If you dont believe in our capability, you are welcome to come test us. Bring the Tejas.

So the on ground picture with 4 missiles is not proof enough. But we need to satisfy your need to see it with 4 missiles in the air?

I see - why exactly - who are you?
Ignoring is the best offense. In this case 🇵🇰⬇️🇮🇳🛩️🛩️🛩️🛩️🛩️🛩️

The Ops Sindoor article from pg 31 to 37 is not written by Alan Warnes, who has access to PAF and gets first hand info. Rather it is written by Babak Taghvaee an expat Iranian dissident; known Susrali lover and Pakistan hater. @Pakistan Space Agency

We would have seen a couple of more squadrons converted to Jf-17 if PAF indeed had 200 units comprising 50 block 3s.

You are correct.

The article also mentions Block-1s upgrading to Block-3, which is not correct. I think they're only getting their airframes upgraded or MLUd. Other experts on the forum will be able to better clarify this.
