Iran does not, and never has had the bomb.

The amount of effort to miniature a uranium baed nuclear warhead is a difficult process taking years of work. Usually, the size of missiles Iran has, it would be next to impossible for them to do it in such a short order, and an easier alternative would be to build a plutonium based bomb, which is easier to build and miniaturize.

In previous Peace agreement , Russia , relocated all of Iran's Nuclear material out of Iran

After 2018 when USA pulled out of the Iran-USA peace deal , of course that fuel remained in Iran

In current discussion there was talk from Russia to again help relocate the nuclear material out of Iran similar to last time, but they actually did not yet removed the Nuclear material out of Iran

As reports suggest it has already been relocated to new location
Which just means the Nuclear bomb will indeed get developed

When Putin refused the ground assistance to Iran couple of pages ago in this thread, he also said that they are building two more nuclear plants in Iran plus working closely with existing plants… so Russians will have another plant ready soon… but yeah not a nuclear bomb

How they can assess the situtation that fast and issue statement? If Iran don't have weapon grade urinium and can make few bombs in couple of weeks then there's no point in bragging about we moved urinium to somewhere else as it doesn't matter, US & Israel are after installing their pupet in Iran, nuclear program is just an execuse.
