Most reactors are light water reactors (of two types – PWR and BWR) and require uranium to be enriched from 0.7% to 3-5% U-235 in their fuel. This is normal low-enriched uranium (LEU).

There are plenty of bare land for Iran to operate a %5 concentration reactor for electricity.
So explain as best you can, to the best of your research ability, why would Iran need to enrich greater than %20 concentration if not for weapons grade U-235?
