Israel -
Claims victory, for 12 days had been ruling enemy Iranian skies, bombing whatever they felt like, bases, aircrafts, missile launchers, radars, SAMs, nuclear facilities, infrastructure, they assassinated top iranian generals and scientists, Israel also had 100s of agents on the ground in iran, destroying AD system from the ground, using drones from the ground. Today Israel has no fear they will continue to bomb iran when they feel like it, slowly degrading their military capabilities. Iran lost its nuclear facilities, which cost them billions. For 18 hours Iranians were confused on what was happening.
Iran -
Iran managed to fire atleast 500 missiles at Israel, before the war iran claimed they have 100,000 missiles aimed at Israel but for failed to fire them at Israel, Iran destroyed Israel infrastructures and bases. For 12 days managed to get through to Israel and hitting them hard, this created alot of chaos inside israel. No doubt Iran fought bravely, were ready to fight till end.
Iran to do list-
They MUST identify all agents and traitors inside iran and finish them off, their intelligence agency head needs to be fired and new professional people hired. This cannot be repeated.
Iran must ban the use of pagers, western phones, apps, watches to its military personals. Iran must understand that Israelis had the upper hand, they can continue to bomb iran for 1 year and iran couldn't do much, all because Israelis ruled their airspace. Iran needs anti jamming equipment, AD systems, SAM systems, they must make sure Israel will never be able to dominate iranian skies again.
During this war, Iranian strategic partner Russia was quieter than usual and their close partner India refused to condemn Israel or attend SCO meetings on behalf of iran. Iran must remember who supported them from the beginning till the end.
Regarding military weapons. A lot of people are saying Iran must buy j10c, su35s or Jf17s, this is not possible as the west, Israel and Arab GCC will not allow anyone to sell weapons to Iran, It will not work. unless Iran leaves middle east alone, does not challenge mighty Saudis and Israel in the region, this then may reduce alot of pressure on foreign suppliers and just maybe iran will be able to buy 100 jf17 block 3s to upgrade its airforce. Iran must also invest in SLBM, SLCMs, they need 2nd strike capabilities.
My own opinion - Iran will continue the same path, International sanctions are so serious that no nation will sell cutting edge weaponry to iran, iran will continue giving anti usa and Israel slogans, keeping the domestic audience happy. With officials using this level of non diplomatic language, the situation will be the same. Keep in mind Iran claimed they had 100,000 missiles but only fired 500, they had so many different types of AD systems but majority failed and destroyed, Missiles launchers and bases destroyed
One way out is for Iranian Patriotic/nationalists to rise up, reset relations with everyone, concentrate on Iran, development, military, economy, concentrate on China Russia Pakistan Turkey ASEAN Africa Brazil South African Central Asia Europe, and improve relations with Qatar Egypt. Leave middleeast alone. Then Iran can improve airforce and military, intergrate with China/Pakistan, they will get satellite cover and cutting edge Awaacs, Jamming etc.
No offence to iranian membere but someone has to pay for this incompetence. The regime clearly failed, maybe its better for Ayatollahs to take the back seat and let the military handle military strategies, planning tactics etc.
