I am sure they are not. I am just telling you what the lawyers who make a living interpreting trade laws of the United States think about how "transshipment" is defined in the context of these tariffs. Those who signed a deal is not stupid.
Actually, it is the lowest rate for non-basket case developing economies in Asia, along with the likes of Indonesia and Phillipines. Only those like Afghanistan and Nepal, who are economically insignificant , got lower rates. I am guessing that it what India might end up with as well. The floor for India would be 15% but that would require them to make major commitments like buying F-35s.So despite a so called trade deal, Pakistan still got hit with a 19% tarriff.

Ok bro , enjoy the freedom of expression.
You oky mate? Here it goes Pakistan is buying oil from America.
"What the U.S. is doing with the rest of the world clearly shows that it’s losing its global grip. Imposing tariffs left and right is a desperate move, and the damage being done may be beyond repair. In contrast, China is emerging as the future. Just look at its technological advancements and the massive investments it’s making in its own people — something truly unprecedented. Most importantly, China is not invading other nations through military force; instead, it’s building countries and offering defense partnerships. The U.S., on the other hand, continues to use blackmail tactics against nations like Pakistan and India. It’s time for both Indians and Pakistanis to wake up. If they align themselves with China and Russia, they can not only survive but become a global force. With their combined population, resources, and growing technological power, the rest of the world will naturally begin to align with them. Not sure what concessions Pakistan made, but 19% compares to 15% for Afghanistan, 20% for Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and 10% for Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives. Of course, India is at 25%, but they should be able to improve that if they agree to some deal.
One reason India might have held off on a deal is to have transparency on what kind of deals others were going to get. After all, it is the relative and not absolute level of tariffs that matters.
You need to correct the country. I never been in Canada. LolBS, you are cleaning bathrooms in Canada, nobody will share anything with you.
I broadly agree with you, but India and China have border disputes and a history where India faced a surprise invasion from China while the leaders were talking about Hindi Chini bhai bhai. So, it is difficult for India to move unless China takes the first steps to demonstrate its good faith."What the U.S. is doing with the rest of the world clearly shows that it’s losing its global grip. There's lots goingIt is a myth with no basis. Someone in 1970s presumed that Iran has a lot of oil and gas and it has the border with Pakistan so we must also have huge oil reserves in Balochistan. To back this claim further they cited the evidence of Sui gas found in Balochistan in 1950s.
In reality, despite the fact that Balochistan shares the border with Iran. The oil found in Iran is very far from Balochistan. Iran is a big country and their oil fields are towards Kuwait, Qatar and Iraq. They don’t have much oil near the Balochistan border.

On what compromises? Trump yesterday threaten Canada. If they accept Palestinian statehood there will be no trade deal with Canada. Do you know where I'm coming from?PAK has got a good deal. Kudos are in order for their negotiators.

When you want to fix you can fix but if you want to fight keep doing this. Fixing things with the China goes by Pakistan.I broadly agree with you, but India and China have border disputes and a history where India faced a surprise invasion from China while the leaders were talking about Hindi Chini bhai bhai.
