It also depends on where the radar emitter is, if we use a very simplified version of the problem, using Thales's proportionality theorem.if spice-er want to fly over 100km it must be released from an altitude of at least 15km
that above the flight altitude that alborz mountain can block the radar waves
If the emitter is at a distance less than ~56km, it can be blocked by the peak of the Alborz Mountains in Damavand.
Obviously, the actual problem is more complicated as it's not two dimensional and the Alborz Mountains is a mountain range of varying heights, not just some wall with a fixed height.
Israel has tremendous experience in this sort of aerial warfare. They have been using this tactic against Lebanon for decades (i.e. using natural topography as cover).
