Nopes, only a limited no of units, the bare minimum from operational POV are equipped to fire AHEAD. Ammunition still gets imported.

It is highly probable that China produces 35x228mm AHEAD ammunition, as the Type 90 twin-35mm AA gun is a Chinese copy of the Oerlikon. Which not only serve in the Chinese military, but some copies also serve in the PA
