No idea. Errors do happen and the numbers are corrected.... I quoted is rather blurred but the number on the nose is definitely "223" , even if you use a magnifying glass to view it.. But is the number on the tail different? It's too blurred for me to read. Still the plane is clearly a block-3 so "223" on the nose makes no sense...does it? ...
16-206 was also photographed as 15-206.
Picture verification is just a personal thing for me. It simply means I don't have pictures for those numbers. It doesn't mean the aircraft were are not built.... Why do you assume that only pictures of lower serial numbers can be missing and not higher ones? For example.... If 321 & 322 can exist without any picture then why not say 324 & 325?
Again, no idea. They maybe built and in active service but as a JF-17 Thunder fan, I like to see/collect photos/serial numbers. Helps sleep better at night.... This is related to the same question I asked once before that what is the basis of assuming PAF order of 30 blk-3 wasn't completed and stopped at 23 aircraft? ...
